The ZRP I-Beam Connecting Rods for the Audi 5.2L V10 / Lamborghini Gallardo & Huracan are engineered for high-horsepower applications and built for extreme durability. Forged from premium 4340 high-tensile steel, these rods feature a straight-cut pin end—ideal for use with aftermarket pistons only. Each rod is precision CNC-machined, shot peened, and multi-stage heat treated for maximum strength, dimensional stability, and fatigue resistance.
They are equipped with AMPCO 18 bronze bushings with radial oil grooves, dowel sleeves for precise reassembly, and ARP 2000 fasteners rated at 220,000 psi. Optional ARP L19 bolts (260,000 psi) are available. All rods undergo Magnaflux inspection and computer-based FEA stress analysis for maximum reliability under extreme loads.
